Accepting cleaning offers
If you receive a cleaning offer, check the distance and hourly rate first. If you would like to do so, accept it quickly, as the offer is sent to other cleaning too! We will let the customer know that you have accepted and introduce them. We recommend that you pay attention to your new client’s priorities and expectations.
Remember that your customer will be waiting for you on the scheduled date and time – punctuality is essential!
Things to remember
- Always confirm all customer priorities for details of the first cleaning;
- Make sure you can go for cleaning before you click accept and arrive on time;
- Inform your customers if there are any changes.

- Short term cancellations / changes are not appreciated by customers;
